ICCTF is a nationally-managed trust fund to coordinate and harmonize climate funding at the national level. ICCTF supports the GoI in the implementation of climate change activities by collecting, receiving and channeling grant funds to support programs and activities related to climate change. ICCTF plays an important role as one of the key climate finance instruments. Since 2010 until now, ICCTF has funded 76 land-based, energy and adaptation projects that spread accross 86 locations throughout Indonesia.Duties:- Support the overall communication work under close coordination with Executive Director and Secretary Board of Trustees ICCTF.- Develop and maintain the public awareness and education about climate change through activities and producing materials like articles, posters, and others content.- Develop, execute and implement ICCTF’s communication strategy to showcase outcome result of projects within the program with high visibility to advocate and scale up program, from local, national, to global level.- Under consultative supports from the projects, drafting, reviewing relevant quality content (in dual language) to be use in public relations materials and media campaigns, including banners, posters, booklets, brochures, leaflets and other promotional materials for ICCTF.- Budget Controlling - Documenting best practice and lesson learned of ICCTF’s projects throughout Indonesia.- Manage and coordinate publication in social media, mass media, and other platform media in local to national level. - Develop and maintain relationship with media, beneficiaries, development partners and stakeholders.- Develop and maintain database with all ICCTF’s stakeholders.

Indigenous Peoples Alliance of the Archipelago (AMAN) is an independent community organisation with a vision to create a just and prosperous life for all Indigenous Peoples issues. AMAN represents 2,332 indigenous communities throughout Indonesia, amounting about 17 million individual members.Duties: - Provide administrative and communication assistance to Deputy Secretary General of Legal, Politic and Policy Advocacy of AMAN- Liaise the relation and communication between AMAN and donors, network partners, academics, and government - Develop and maintain AMAN’s database- Undertake logistical and administrative arrangements for meetings, events, workshops and field monitoring visits organized by the office, take minutes and/or notes.- Support the infokom (information and communication) team to implement AMAN’s communication strategy at national and international level including preparing and organizing press conference, media visit, media gathering, media briefing, FGD, public seminar, and social campaign for the Recognition and Protection of Indigenous People’s Rights- Support in providing content and input for AMAN’s publication materials and Indigenous Peoples Advocacy- Assist in the preparation and implementation of community engagement related to the implementation of ‘’Free, Prior, Inform, Consent’’ on customary land conflict.
