Adepa was certainly one of the very few interns who should quite a difference in how she carried herself during her short stay at Niche. Practically oriented, she carried out all her task in a manner that revealed deep knowledge and strong cognitive skill. Before she left, she had worked on a mini project topic that had centered on one of the key operational challenges. With her results, a new approach was implemented to resolve the existing issue. Working closely with her gave me an insight to dealing with younger team members. Being one step ahead of things was her hallmark. I would choose her attentiveness over anything. She’s indeed a good fit.
