J’ai connu Adeline dans le cadre de cours théoriques consacrés aux modèles de la psychologie sociale appliqués aux organisations, au management, RPS et RH. En ces occasions, j’ai apprécié à de nombreuses reprises les qualités de d'Adeline Charlier, une grande rigueur intellectuelle et une ouverture d’esprit très appréciable dans ce type de formation. J’ajoute qu'elle a pris l’initiative de me solliciter à plusieurs reprises et de manière fort pertinente sur différentes questions liées à mes interventions. Ce fait suffit selon moi pour affirmer que cette étudiante était une recrue potentielle remarquable.
