I very much enjoyed working with Adi due to her expertise, efficiency, ability to think cross-functionally and to engage with key stakeholders. In her role, Adi was leading the project for LafargeHolcim (name of the company at the time: Holcim), while I with my team provided expert support in the field of Data and Data Governance for a to-be established Performance Management platform. At all times Adi wanted to understand the requirements of the business and took this as a basis for decision making, which was very important as we were facing a lot of trade-off situations. She leveraged her analytical abilities and paired it with a good portion of pragmatism and common sense to conclude on her proposals. She listened to other peoples perspectives and considered their suggestions if she was convinced that it will lead to a better outcome. Adi is fair and transparent in her decision making process and an excellent communicator that demonstrated her ability to convince people many times in the project. It was a great pleasure to work with Adi and I hope it can be repeated.

Together with the team we developed and executed Holcim’s Digital Strategy, this also involved the design and implementation of our Innovation Brand Holcim MAQER as well as our Venture Client Model to source and implement startup solutions.As the Digital Lead Scale up and Acceleration for Holcim, I focus on driving the adoption of digital technologies to transform the way we operate and deliver value to our customers. True transformation can only happen if we execute and bring ideas on the ground. But technical availability is not enough either. We can only innovate and transform if we use technology and this means consistently by everybody and always.To make this work, I see one of my key responsibilities in fostering a culture of innovation within the organization. This involves not just introducing new tools and technologies, but also promoting the mindset and behaviors needed to make the most of them. At Holcim, the MAQER Garage is our approach to enable our business leaders to drive digital innovation.Another important aspect of my role is to help scale up and accelerate the adoption of successful digital initiatives. This involves identifying best practices and sharing them across the organization, so that other teams can benefit from the insights and expertise of those who have already implemented successful solutions.
