-Implement human resources and company policies. -Complete the entire recruitment cycle. Communicate with the technical director to determine the job requirements. -Search for the best recruitment channels and choose the best according to the job. -Do CV filtration and choose the best one according to requirements. -Conducting phone interviews and selecting the most suitable job applicant to schedule the first interview. -Conduct an interview in different ways, structure - unstructure, according to the nature and needs of the job, and then study and make a decision after referring to the manager. -Create Competency Models for CBI based on the characteristics of each department. -Set an appointment with the person responsible for the technical interview and make the final decision from him. -Make a job offer, onboarding, and follow up with the employee during the first three months. -Have a responsibility for employees’ daily permissions (request to leave, temporary absence, forgetting a fingerprint, etc.) on the system and coordination with the accounting Department. -Solving various employee problems in the organization and handling it. -Make a full training cycle for undergraduate ,students. -Establishing a protocol with universities and setting summer training dates. -Coordinating with departments on training dates, receiving students, and giving them practical lectures (interviews-cv writing-soft skills...). -Periodically changing the content of the trainee students’ presentation and adding new ideas to keep pace with the labor market. -Attending job offers at universities and choosing the best graduates with the possibility of hiring them.
