Responsible for design and layout of various projects for multi-site church organization, all subject to stringent deadlines. Collaborate with various ministry departments of all 3 campuses to obtain updated information for weekly color bulletins. Conceptualize and create numerous other design projects such as booklets, signage, T-shirts, promotional material, forms, stage design, DVD/CD covers. Solely responsible for the collection of material, personal interviews and design of a full color tabloid newspaper, a key communication tool which was released on 10-10-10. Guest Connections Leader 2007 - 2009 Started up the Guest Connections department to meet the growing need of having all first time visitors being welcomed and assimilated in this rapidly expanding church. Recruited volunteers and built a vibrant team of around 25 people. Held regular meetings, training & vision casting sessions & teambuilding events. Implemented and maintained new administrative systems, submitting weekly, monthly and quarterly reports with detailed feedback on visitor trends and results. Met with first time visitors on a personal basis to welcome them and familiarize them with the church campus, facilities and people.
