I joined the NWHN team as interim development director at a time of internal organizational change and external societal transformation due to the Supreme Court's Dobbs decision. Needless to say, it was chaotic. Fortunately, I had an extremely competent, supremely organized Communications Director to support the development team. Adele was incredibly supportive as we operationalized the development department - supporting a database CRM transition, building a new digital acquisition strategy, planning an in-person special event, and building a phenomenal year-end campaign. I would not have been able to successfully raise hundreds of thousands of dollars without her and her team. She has the skills and supportive nature that every interim service consultant dreams of!

Working with Adele was an absolute dream. I was in the crossroads of finishing the Peace Corps and navigating towards a career. I was completely overwhelmed with updating my resume and cover letter to fit those needs. After meeting with Adele and verbally explaining my experience (I'm terrible at writing about myself and my current resume did not reflect what I had accomplished) Adele created a resume that represented me and what I had to offer to the job pool. My cover letter was catered to the positions that I had expressed interest in and allowed me to adjust towards each specific application. Her interview practice option was incredibly helpful and I referred to her feedback throughout my interview journey. I was so impressed with her work that I have kept professional contact and utilize her skills whenever I need a resume update. I would recommend her to anyone at any point in their career journey if they need a resume refresh or are struggling to start out with their sporadic experiences.
