Adele is an incredible Account Manager and I always looked forward to working with her. She would always provide extremely detailed briefs which meant I could be confident I had all the information required in order to do my best work, but she was always available and happy to help if I needed anything more. Adele isn't afraid to use her expert knowledge of design, be it print, digital or media, to steer clients in a different direction, in order to achieve the best possible result for them. This is a skill that really shone through during the pandemic, particularly when she had the challenge of how to deliver usually in-person degree ceremonies, digitally, which she did incredibly successfully. Her organisational and problem-solving skills are exceptional, she can have upwards of 50 jobs at any one time, and I was always in awe of how she was able to remain in complete control and with complete knowledge of each and every one of them! Adele has brilliant communication skills, is incredibly motivated, hardworking and is also an absolutely lovely, funny and positive person too, any business would be lucky to have her on their team.
