Adèle est la première personne que j'ai recruté chez la French Future Academy et c'était la bonne décision à prendre ! Au vu de son professionnalisme, elle a su challenger l'équipe et a eu rapidement plusieurs responsabilités ( directrice des programmes, management,..) qu'elle a su très bien menées. Au delà de ses compétences en Design, elle a une forte capacité d'exécution et de prise d'initiative mais surtout une personne engagée avec de belles valeurs !

      Ma’an is a research project to initiate a human and material reconstruction in refugees camps, developped in Syria but which can fit everywhere in the world. Inspired by the human cells , the concept of MA’AN is to not build for the population but to let them take part in their own reconstruction. The process of the reconstruction is something personal and psychological and can appear only after a few months or years in the camp. The goal is to permit them to create their own urbanity, impulsed by a common structure self-built with qualified supervision and unexpensive materials. This architecture wants to create a shock wave throughout the camp, initiated during the several phases of the construction, to turn a refugee camp initiated in an emergency context into a self-organised city, by the construction of their own houses with the same process: bricks of mud. As a lot of ancient cities that have been created around a water acess, this structure provides water, energy created by a water recuperation system, an oasis and a protection against rain and sun. It finally turns into a place to debate and so, enjoy human rights. Show less

      Espace carré This space is an itinerant shop, an interactive museum in the city. It highlights women who fight for their rights, as the open expression or the right to control their own body. The target audience of this brand is young women. It uses rock and anti-conformisT tone, with a peace and non-violent speech. Young people are getting involved more and more in pacific associations in order to fight for freedom and human rightS values. With this project we decided to reconnect the ancestral concept with the current brand, 55 years after its birth: fight for women’S rights, which are weakened in our society. Espace carré’s goal is to sensitize, interrogate, denounce and transform mindsets thanks to a collaboration with Amnesty International. Through a sensory experience in the image of an initiation or introspection, the consummer experiment four topics of expression through different spaces: family, body, society, and censorship. The shape of Espace carré is not a fluke; there is a strong signification. The general shape of the building is a square. It stands for man’s construction and something which is not naturally constructed. We used it to represent women, who are shaped by the society. The different layers of materials create armour every woman builds during her life, when facing harassment or other inappropriate behaviour. Straight and horizontal lines represent stability and confidence. All characteristic women should have. We used a lot of diagonals, which depict changes, and upward diagonals mean progression we want to be part of. This itinerant structure is going to move every three months, in capitals and big cities all around the world. Nowadays, we live in a society in which there is more and more exclusionary policy against women’S rightS. We want to meet this population and support their fight for emancipation, or their fight for the conversation of their right they have already acquired. This project is an hymn to FREEDOM. Show less
