Gordon Richardson
Adele is a very accomplished fashion designer with a wealth of experience and knowledge. I worked with Adele for many years at Topman as her Creative Director and she is one of very few designers I know who has an innate understanding and love of fabric and colour and their appropriateness to a specific design. As Senior Design Manager Adele had a very nurturing, patient and encouraging approach that bought out the best of her teams abilities. She champions new ideas and excels when being given the challenge of a new brief. She is someone I’d be very happy to work alongside again if the opportunity arose.
