This directly boosted intra- and inter-team collaboration and produced software that was more maintainable and expandable. • Produced requirements specification documents for EFT and gift card integrations with POS system based to detailed study of third party API and knowledge of the Retail Directions’ POS tender management module. The resulting document would define the scope of integration, a technical evaluation of the work required and provide a foundation on which to build the design and architecture of the interface • Investigated software bug reports from client IT support teams and analyzed application logic for defects.
