  WORK EXPERIENCEResponsible for taking a lead role in the quality control department of the company.Raw & Processed Honey Quality Analysis• Receive raw honey sample from concerns for the required quality analysis.• Collect 3 honey samples from production department after complete processing of honey for quality analysis.• Conduct the on time complete analysis of raw & Processed honey by using different instruments like pH meter, Refractometer, Spectrophotometer… WORK EXPERIENCEResponsible for taking a lead role in the quality control department of the company.Raw & Processed Honey Quality Analysis• Receive raw honey sample from concerns for the required quality analysis.• Collect 3 honey samples from production department after complete processing of honey for quality analysis.• Conduct the on time complete analysis of raw & Processed honey by using different instruments like pH meter, Refractometer, Spectrophotometer, Weighing Balance & Muffle Furnace for testing of different parameters in honey as mention below. a) Moisture, b) Fructose, c) Glucose, d) Reducing Sugar, e) Sucrose, f) HMF, g) Acidity, h) Fiehe’s, i) Ash Content & j) Reducing Sugar• Make manual inspection report for all the raw honey sample and submit to AM QA.•Feed results of raw honey in MS Dynamics at the timing of opening quality order by engineering store and submit quality report to all concerns.•Make summary of all raw honey lots testing results that received & submit to AM QA. • Collect unprocessed honey sample after heating and blending of different types of honey.• Conduct the HMF testing of the unprocessed honey sample & record.• Communicate DM production, AM QA & senior QA about the sugar results of processed honey status in first half till 12:00pm.• Make manual inspection report & feed the analysis results in MS Dynamics.• In case of quality order fail after feeding results in MS Dynamics, raise NC in system & immediately inform to AM QA.• Submit the manual inspection report & MS dynamics report of processed honey to DM production after getting review & initials from AM QA.• Maintain the inventory of all chemicals, Reagents & Glassware’s etc. required for testing of honey.. • Provide the required documents to AM QA at the time of internal / external audit. • To check the equipment calibration status in honey lab when it’s near to expired, send request to concern department for it’s calibration.
