  As the CEO of City105.1 Fm, I was charged with the total restructuring of the stations’ identity; this was no small feat as it meant directing organizational transformation and turnaround with the aim of not just rebranding but infusing efficiency into all organizational processes, increasing profits and making the station financially viable. 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐀𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 ◾ Led a successful relaunch which marked the turnaround from an unstable financial future to profits within one year by implementing actionable business strategy and business transformation processes at organizational and commercial levels while ensuring the station still maintained a unique identity. ◾ Within two years of my resuming as CEO, I had re-engineered the processes of the station, which drove the positive positioning of the station in the broadcast industry. The station went from obscure to a multi-award-winning station, ranked as the 7th most listened to stationin2013 outof24radio stations in Lagos, rising from the 24thposition. ◾ In 2018, I drove the establishment of City media academy, a vocational training and capacity development program that trains youths interested in broadcasting, offering them a unique blend of practical training and modern skills; we successfully have trained over 50 youths to date.
