We recently moved both our NY and southern FL location to our new facility, in doing so there are many problems electrically, program wise, and mechanically. I work daily with maintenance and the engineers in problem solving and getting our machines properly functional and past all the bugs. Ability to perform jobs around the coating department other than an operator such as Mixing, Quality control, and usually in maintenance learning carpentry, welding, mechanics, and more. Show less

Loading steel coils with overhead crane, setting the labeling machine up,conveyor belt, proper measurements/compression rates/machine speeds. Given 2 sets of personal lockout tagout i carried on me at all times to service machines on the fly. Worked in close proximity with 1-2 other set up engineers if needed help which maintained production for about 9 operators.

Was promoted from machine operator to floater where i ran every type of machine/department the company had. From there i was promoted to R&D where i worked directly under my supervisor/owner to create products to advance the future of the company. My project had to do with expanding into the medical face mask industry where i would produce custom parts for Sephora and other big brands.(learned alot about chemical mixing, more new machinery, very meticulous on the samples i would approve) At times i would be given an entire 8 hour shift to simply produce 10 perfect samples, but in that would be much documentation and trial/error.
