Addie is responsible for providing technical and administrative support for the management, strategic planning and operation of the Southeast Regional Partnership for Planning and Sustainability (SERPPAS). SERPPAS is a unique six-state partnership comprised of military services, state and federal natural resource agencies that promotes collaboration in making resource-use decisions supporting national defense, the conservation of natural resources and working lands and sustainable communities. She prepares key and timely information regarding SERPPAS efforts and potential decision points, coordinates logistical details for all meetings, develops agenda content, attends and coordinates Steering Committee and Principals' meetings in the Southeast, plans and coordinates with partners (local, State and Federal entities) on strategic priorities, monitors progress, and prepares fact sheets and other briefing materials. She also facilitates the development and implementation of the SERPPAS Strategic Plan and helps to ensure that SERPPAS pursues and achieves the goals set out. She continues to develop a wide network of partners and relationships across the Southeast to complement SERPPAS efforts.

The NCSU Forestry and Environmental Outreach Programs's (FEOP) mission is to develop and facilitate conferences, design and deliver accredited continuing education workshops, seminars, and short courses, and develop supporting educational and intellectual materials for natural resource professionals and landowners. As the Program Coordinator, Addie oversees programs from start to finish. This includes creating event budgets, facilitating site selection, negotiating contracts, and maintaining relationships with clients and vendors. She provides support as the primary events registrar, builds and maintains event web pages, oversees the “greening” of FEOP events, and develops marketing strategies through event flyer design, email campaigns, and press releases to media outlets. Addie has grown FEOP's social media presence to be sure that FEOP events are reaching it's clients. In addition, she helps accredit FEOP's events with professional continuing education for Natural Resource Professionals.

Coordinated a series of 4 workshops called the Woodland Steward Series, to promote a healthy environment by teaching private forest landowners about forest land management in Western North Carolina. Contacted and set up all expert speakers, communicated with attendees and vendors, set up site locations and catering, built agendas and facilitated the workshop structure, created workshop materials to help reinforce the topics being taught, and much more.
