Bio
Alexandria "Lexie" Seward
Addie was selected, out of an already exceptional group of young professionals, to be a lead recruiter for Orr Fellowship and represent her college, Denison University, as we aim to recruit the 20th class of Fellows. As the Director of Recruitment for Orr Fellowship and a member of the Denison recruitment team, I have not only seen her grow as a leader, but I have been very impressed by her detail-oriented nature and willingness to think outside of the box. Under Addie's leadership, the Denison recruitment team is already far ahead of where we were at this time last year and I could easily see Addie taking on even more leadership responsibilities within Orr come next year!
Taylor Shook
As a lead recruiter for Orr Fellowship's 20th class, Addie leads a team of recruiters in sourcing leads, performing cold outreach, educating applicants about the program, as well as screening and ranking candidates. In this role, she shines in all aspects of project management. She centers actions around an acute awareness of budget, goals, timeline, and scope. Coupled with her attention to team skills, motivation and chemistry, she is an incredible leader in a project management role.
