At Heller Hall I work as a peer advisor. I cover the front desk by answering phones, directing students, scheduling and cancelling appointments for advisors, handling transcripts, APAS reports, and degree clearances. During summer and over winter break I take on the role of helping run transfer orientation and summer orientation for new and incoming students. I help students learn their way around the office, I help students register for classes and give presentations on what to expect when attending the University.
