I had the distinct pleasure of working with Adam over the last two years. He is customer-focused through and through. During his time at Insightly, he consistently had the largest book of business of the entire customer loyalty group and was very successfully able to manage the clients he was responsible for. He is organized and very thoughtful in everything he does. Additionally, he's a team member that will roll up his sleeves when it's time to do so and put in the time needed to get the job done. I really enjoyed my time with him and you should consider him for any CS role you might be looking to file. You will not be disappointed.

In the time Adam and I worked together, he continuously impressed me with his dedication to providing the highest level of service to his customers. I’ve met few people in my career with a higher standard than what Adam sets for himself and the organization, and that shows in how much not only his customers love him, but also his teammates. Adam is outspoken and a voice for change. He continuously advocates for improvement and is a team-player when times are tough. He is an experienced, talented, customer-first professional, and I’d happily recommend him for any organization.
