I had the opportunity to work closely with Adam over three years in Lingo24, and then Unbabel. Adam has a natural flair for leadership. Over six months I watched him build and inspire a high-performing BDR team from scratch that became a driving force in our new business development engine. He gets the value of close alignment between Sales and Marketing. He’s data-driven and always looking for ways to improve processes: testing and then applying the learnings in meaningful, actionable ways. Adam is also highly collaborative and a great sounding board for new campaign ideas, helping ensure they’ll land well with our prospects and customers. He’s also a naturally engaging speaker, and I was impressed with his talk at a major US Marketing event, which drove a high volume of enterprise leads to our stand.
