Adam is enthusiastically and creatively developing the profile of employability at the University, amongst other projects. Bath Spa Plus, in particular, is an innovative approach to working with our students on developing their career prospects post-graduation.

Whilst Director of the Association of British Orchestras, I worked closely with Adam for nearly three years. His main responsibility was the ABO's annual national Conference which he managed with great aplomb and creativity. He has an eye for detail that maximises the whole experience, an example of which was a superb session from the Rugby Football Union on outreach and education programmes and even included a visit from the Rugby World Cup itself! He was an invaluable colleague and became a good friend and comes highly recommended as an energetic, inspiring, realistic and results-driven manager.

The Bristol+Bath Creative Research & Development partnership is a £6.8m collaboration between the West of England's four universities - Bath Spa University, University of Bath, University of Bristol and UWE Bristol - and digital creativity centre Watershed. The programme connects outstanding university research, leading industry practitioners and exciting creative businesses to develop a shared vision for tomorrow’s creative industries. It forges connections and partnerships across Bristol and Bath, sharing knowledge, creating crossovers and even greater opportunities in one of the UK's most vibrant creative clusters. The programme is funded by the Creative Industries Clusters Programme managed by the Arts & Humanities Research Council as part of the Industrial Strategy. It also hosts Creative Workforce for the Future, funded by the West of England Combined Authority, working with cultural organisations and companies across the region to connect them to exceptional talent from underrepresented backgrounds.I'll be working from The Studio at Palace Yard Mews, Bath Spa University's new city centre home for innovation, research and enterprise in Bath.
