I recently attended and completed the Management Essential Course that Adam facilitates and I can honestly say it has changed my entire management style. The skills Adam has equipped myself and the group with were outstanding and will contribute towards me being a more effective manager. I have learnt so much about myself from insights colour profiles and how this can impact the management style I deliver and impact the staff I work with also. Adam is a wonderful teacher, he listens with genuine integrity and is honest about situations but with helpful advice and ideas. I would absolutely recommend Management Essentials course delivered by Adam, I think it is essential to succeeding as a manager in order to identify and develop the type of manager you are and how to play to your strengths, identify your weaker areas and utilise them for both for yourself and your team. I recently worked with Adam on Management Essentials, and he was a great source of knowledge and advice throughout my course. He managed to help me look at new ways of working which I particulaly enjoyed and opened my mind on how to adapt and flex my working style to suit others as well as managing stressful situations and overcoming these. I also found Adam had an extensive amount of knowledge around topics which are harder to break down without assistance which was really beneficial to me as I am a newer manager compared to some of my colleagues.
