Chris Cullmann

Adam is sensitive, bright, and a thoughtful observer-all of these skills serve him well in his practice of User Experience Engineering. He has an instinct that is backed up by experience and solid knowledge. Working as part of a very large team, Adam was able to take all of the requirements of a project, the client's expectation, legal mandates, and create a comprehensive approach to usability that stood up to third-party review and extensive testing. Outside of his professional capabilities, Adam is a warm and articulate person. His poise and manner is welcome in our team meetings and reviews. He has a clear understanding of how to work with large groups and his background in design and HTML development gives him the ability to provide feedback at every phase of a project's progress and evolution.

Adam worked for me during his tenure at Ogilvy Commonhealth, and managed to impress me at every turn. His knowledge of interaction design was fantastic. While part of the UX team, I could always trust in Adam to lead the UX charge in a room full filled with creative, editorial and development teams. Adam was also fantastic in client facing situations. His work on GSK properties (pharma) stands out above all the other work I'd seen. This was some of the most thorough I've seen in my career. When it would come to process flows, wireframes, documentation and information architecture, Adam's work was flawless.
