My role at ClickSend is to process important and priority post. Orders come from businesses around the world via the website, automations and integrations. It is essential that all letters are processed and dispatched the same day. I achieve this by printing letters in regular batches, then run the post through a folding and inserting machine then scan the completed envelopes to update the letter status in the database. During Covid lockdown, I also deliver post sacks to the sorting centre to ensure that is it processed as fast as possible by Royal Mail. Show less

I was part of the care team for my Nan who suffered a stroke. She is paralysed on her right side and has difficulty speaking. After college I would visit Nan to help her with everyday things such as cooking, cleaning and shopping. Due to COVID, Nan needed to be in a protective bubble and nows live with my uncle and his wife and I help them from time to time. We chose this as I did not want to bring the virus to her from college. I was part of the care team for my Nan who suffered a stroke. She is paralysed on her right side and has difficulty speaking.
