I worked with Adam at Congressman Khanna’s office last year as a fellow intern. Adam has a unique ability to truly empathize with and help people, which is why he was so good with doing casework. He has an incredibly high attention to detail to ensure the quality of tasks and projects he completes. Adam was always there to help me or advise me with tasks I was doing as an intern much younger than him. He took on somewhat of an unofficial mentorship role with the office’s high school interns, and we’ve all learned invaluable skills from him that have helped us in school and in other jobs. It is clear that he is incredibly passionate about dismantling barriers to success for marginalized youth, and I won’t be surprised if I one day see his name on papers assigned as class readings in universities across the country. Any company would be truly lucky to have an employee like Adam.
