During his time in Kenya Adam demonstrated strong interpersonal skills through his ability to build strong working relationships, not only with the individuals in his team but also a variety of other external stakeholders. His leadership abilities were consistently demonstrated throughout the program and was commended by all who worked with him.

Coleen Stech, PMP

Adam was a key contributor to getting our long term project over the finish line. He was the primary implemenation/support analyst and helped us "go live" on an end to end media planning and traffic system. He is proactive, reliable, consistent, and always has a positive attitude. He has a true talent for anticipating potential obstacles and consistently strives to ensure the whole team succeeds. It has been a true pleasure to work with Adam.

I work to open, maintain, and expand international markets for U.S. agricultural products, help clients navigate and address sustainability issues, and eliminate foreign trade barriers impacting U.S. agri-food exports. Examples of work include: - Opened new markets for U.S. agricultural goods including U.S. cherries, potatoes, table grapes, and blueberries as part of bilateral phytosanitary negotiations with foreign governments. This includes China, Korea, Mexico, Cuba, Burma, Chile, Indonesia, and the Philippines, resulting in new exports of more than $50 million. - Resolved major regulatory and phytosanitary issues in Mexico and Taiwan that threatened over $200 million of U.S. agri-food exports. Coordinated changes to foreign regulations to prevent future rejections. - Secured the release of more than 50 instances of U.S. agricultural products held in international markets for invalid quarantine and regulatory issues, saving U.S. companies more than $500,000 in losses. - Resolved an end use trade barrier in India that restricted imports of U.S. hops to the Indian market. - Consulted with U.S. Government negotiators on U.S. trade agreement negotiations with Japan, China ("Phase One"), the UK, Kenya, and USMCA. This resulted in important tariff concessions for U.S. agricultural exports to Japan and retained zero tariff conditions for products to Mexico and Canada under USMCA, as well as new market access for several U.S. fresh agricultural commodities to China. - Coordinated U.S. cranberry industry engagement to secure tariff reductions in the United Kingdom and the European Union via domestic duty suspension processes. - Led industry engagement with proposed sustainability regulations in the EU, Canada, UK, and other markets. Sustainable packaging key focus. Show less
