Following the teachings of Dr. Mikao Usui, Adam practises Reiki. This is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. From testimonials: receiving Reiki treatment is generally a deeply relaxing experience and is appropriate for people at all ages and stages of their lives. There is no belief system attached to the practice of Reiki. Practitioners treat the whole person so that Reiki may flow where it is most needed without diagnosis or judgment on the part of either practitioner or recipient. Simply put, the practitioner is like a conduit through which Reiki energy is drawn by the need of the recipient, and neither person need use any effort of will or concentration at all. Powerful yet gentle, Reiki is undoubtedly a healing art in its own right whilst supporting both orthodox and complementary practices. Like a river flowing over a rock, smoothing its surface until it is small enough to roll away, Reiki flows to the area of need, soothing pain and stress, and supporting each person’s natural ability to move toward profound healing for heart, mind and body. Throughout the COVID-19 lockdown, his business was on hold but for one feline client in Shrewsbury. As part of his move to full time employment, Adam will be closing the Reiki side of his self employed activity in Novermber 2021.

With a trading licence, Adam spent nine years working under the umbrella of Forever Living Products. He used this time to learn direct selling etiquette [as governed by the DSA], gain knowledge of skincare & health products and encourage others, through team building, to reach their full potential along the way. From 25th September he stepped back from this working model to return to full time employment bringing many of these newly acquired skills with him to his upcoming vocation.
