Jon Davey - Provalidus

Adam managed his role extremely well, ensuring that all aspects of the role were addressed. He had to deal with customers who continually wanted more, and his manager who wanted to cut costs. Despite the often conflicting demands, Adam ensured that the high compliant standards were maintained. Adam has excellent communication skills which enabled him to manage the demands of customers and line manager.

Peter Sherris

Adam was solely responsible for the site CAD function, CMMS and the Engineering Stores during his time at Smith & Nephew. I found Adam to be a very capable engineer and manager, who is very articulate and has a keen eye for detail. He keeps himself fully up to date with current technology and maintains his skills at the cutting edge of engineering and IT.
