  I officially commenced with Kowalski Recruitment (then Kowalski Consulting) in May 2000, however have been heavily involved since the company’s inception in 1997. I commenced as a Recruitment Consultant, progressed to Administration Manager in 2001 and have been Business Manager since 2002. It’s a diverse and very interesting role which involves recruiting contract, non-ongoing and ongoing positions for government and private sector clients, along with all facets of managing the day-to-day operations of the business - including accounting, tender and submission writing, strategic planning, internal HR, IT and office management, and so on. No two days are the same! The most rewarding part of my job is the thrill of achieving great outcomes for our clients and candidates – we never compromise on our standards, and we never forget that every person we deal with is an individual, that their career aspirations and goals are precious.
