In the Senior Social Media Specialist role I worked to increase the social media presence of company's accounts which included their main account, Winter the Dolphin and Marine Life Rescue Project. I designed and implemented a strategy to align with the mission of rescue, rehab and release.TikTok ExpansionConcepted and launched TikTok account for the aquarium which included working with the animal care team providing scripts to add our twist on trending dances and skits as well editing the short videos using Adobe Premiere Pro. As a result we grew to 400,000 followers within the first month of sharing content and our most popular video reached 11 million views. Team CMA We launched the Team CMA campaign while the aquarium was closed due to the Covid-19 pandemic. My main priority was producing over 60 daily Facebook Lives to educate and entertain those at home. We also launched fundraiser campaigns featuring personalized videos that I managed with the animal care team and expanded into being the first aquarium on the app Cameo.Influencer Partnership PlanI worked to create a series highlighting a local dog influencer, A Golden Named Kevin, which told the story of both his and Winter's love for ducks. Over a month, the story took place on our social accounts and established a friendship that continued past the original story. Our influencer partnership that I oversaw resulted in over ten million engagements.
