  Responsible for the development and oversight of civil/site design aspects of Solar Renewable Energy projects. Oversees Meridian staff in the development of site / civil design plans depicting proposed site layouts, grading, utility designs, and construction details.Attends Public Hearings to present proposed designs to various Local Permit Granting Authorities.Provides Feasibility Consulting for potential and current clients (including, but not limited to Site Assessment, Environmental Assessment, Zoning and Planning Review, Permitting Review, Site Access Design, Slope/ Soils Analysis and Interconnection Availability).
