      My roles and responsibilities consisted of the following; - Social Media Strategy and Campaign Management for clients from a range of sectors. - Team Leader: As a Senior Account Manager I am often asked for advise from my peers in regards to their clients and to troubleshoot - Business Development and Sales: Regularly attend meetings with perspective clients to give a presentation on how we can implement Social Media into their business and specific examples of what we would do. - Analytics and Reporting: Social Media reporting is done monthly for each client to give them an overall view on how their accounts are performing. From these statistics I was also able to advise the possible demographic we should target through an ad campaign and or change our content to reflect the majority demographic. - Graphics: Responsible for creating Social Media (Facebook, Twitter and YouTube) graphics for new clients. I also created unique competition graphics to grab the users attention and increase interaction. - Facebook Ads: Extensive experience using Facebook Ads to help increase page interaction and growth for several clients. - Interns: We welcome work experience for interns as often as possible. Advertising sales, special offers, music festivals or specific brands through the use of Photoshop and InDesign. - Liaise with printers to ensure job is completed correctly and all stores receive correct signage. - The creation of the 4 Live Catalogues through InDesign - Created and maintain Live Clothing Facebook and Twitter accounts.
