      I have been involved with Clarity4D Limited for some time. Initially worked as Training Manager with Academia BAI in Angola and was directly responsible for the successful integration of Clarity4D profiles into the organisation, in which more than 23 companies used the tool as the basis of their Team building, Leadership programs, Coaching, Recruitment & Selection processes, Performance evaluation among other aspects of the behavioral and they measured the effective results: Improved communication among peers, more awareness of each other's strengths and respective areas of improvement, greater and better interaction, less judgment and more acceptance of the difference and consequently the increase in productivity and more happiness between the teams. I have recently joined the African team as part of an ongoing development plan to increase both Clarity4D presence across the continent and ensure the support for the existing business partner network.
