Worked on the Test Instrumentation System. Designed and implemented (C++11) a radio signal generator and radio signal monitor. Part of a small team designing and implementing the software on the PC stack that controlled various analog and digital IO. In addition to controlling and monitoring radio signals, used discete IO to control a pair of traffic lights and implemented a motion detector using 2 pressure sensors.Working in an Agile SCRUM environment with C++11, GIT, Jira, Gradle, USURP radios and PC Stack of RTD boards. Used libraries and protocols such as Boost, UHD, zeroMQ, MQTT and GNU Radio.

Worked on the MMWDR CTD Project. The software was written in C++ and targeted at a Linux operating system operating on an Intel Pentium platform. My role in the project included:- Defining the Interface Requirements for one of the software subsystems.- Providing expert knowledge about the OA Architecture.- Designing, implementing and testing the System Controller software.- Activities involved in integrating the System Controller with the software Subsystem and Digitiser Firmware.- Supporting System Test activities being performed to show that the TPMs of the CTD had been meet and generating test reports.

As a part of this project, modified an existing version of a C software system to meet the new requirements of the customer. Tenix was a subcontractor of the original system developers and was responsible for the software modifications to the Display and Control software.
