Adam Zammit is a one of a kind, old school entrepreneur and impresario. He is a highly creative thinker and strategist, with a very even balance between his creativity and analytical skills. He was a fabulous CEO when I worked for him on the Big Day Out and various other commercial entertainment properties. He demonstrated great emotional intelligence, was supportive of me and his whole team, was challenging us and his leadership was clear, strong and cool under pressure. He is charismatic, very funny and clients and colleagues just like being around him.

Adam is the presence you want at every board meeting, the energy you need to inspire an organisation and the genius required to break the mould. Dedicated, ambitious and relentless in his pursuit of perfection, his level of professionalism is only paralleled by his warm and witty personality.

The Music Network is Australia's only music industry trade magazine and website offering daily industry news, jobs, radio airplay and online sentiment data as well in depth interviews and reviews. I purchased the 22 year old weekly publication and took it online in 2008, introducing dynamic new metrics for the recording and live industry to better understand its artists, events and products and their relative audiences. I sold the business in 2014.
