Leading multiple concurrent Audio-Visual and Video Conferencing projects across the UK, Europe, Middle-East and North America. To date, completing a complex portfolio of over 120 successful projects totalling worth over £5m. I have become a go-to Project Manager reliable for projects requiring care and attention particularly with stakeholder relations and communication. Including leading a key account for a global bank AV program manager, with deployment of multiple Audio-Visual & Video Conferencing technologies in a Europe-wide refresh project within an accelerated time-frame BAU environment. Other remarkable projects include: • An office AV refresh across an entire floor of over 30 different rooms and systems, working closely with architects, designers, stakeholders and the construction contractor delivering within the pipeline window. • Implemented AV projects for a worldwide investment management organisation operating across two continents, including stakeholder management and communication across multiple teams worldwide. • Executing a brand-new building video-conferencing transformation project across multiple floors at a worldwide insurance company during a global pandemic, managing risks and adapting during ever-changing working challenges bringing the project under budget. An integral part of the delivery team, I work closely with colleagues to refresh the PMO framework, implementing a new internal project process strategy and documentation system improving efficiency of project execution.
