• Completed an intensive 130 hour English teaching course. • Included 8 hours of teaching real students.• Completed – Good Pass 80-94%The TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) course has strengthened my English skills further in addition to my Journalism Internship, History Degree and English A-level. The 4 week intensive course meant I also had to be organised as I had various assignments as well as lessons to plan. These organisational skills are transferrable into any work as it is key to always be organised. I believe that my willingness to travel to work and gain qualifications makes me a strong candidate for roles. I have now returned to the UK.

I also wrote and edited other journalist’s articles whose first language was not English to the benefit of Prague.TV. This has enabled me to develop good networking skills as communication is vital in this line of work.

I was quickly left in charge of the stockroom on an evening several nights a week because of the abilities I have demonstrated.
