  Partner and Consultant Black Legend Capital LLC Los Angeles, California USA and London UK 2017 -2021 My main focus is working with our Property Tokenization platform partner, assisting property owners to raise funding for new commercial property developments using this unique fractional token based fund raising program. We will look at all projects that need a minimum of $10m funding up to $1bn at a fixed cost of listing on the platform of 4%. The property must be an existing property where the owner wants to release capital or a new development where the developer owns the land and needs to raise capital to start and build out the property. We have worked on large new office development projects, hotels and large apartment and residential build outs. We are in the process of raising large funding for commercial office towers where the owner wishes to release some of the capital to pay off investors and use some of the proceeds for new developments.
