Adam has maintained an excellent balance between handling pressure from above, and allowing the team to do what we do best. Our 'Agile' project could not have flexed as much without Adam, we're now delivering the best product, but due to his lasting contribution, we'll continue to evolve. As a people-person Adam is fair and pragmatic, he builds and maintains relationships to get the best from people for the good of the project.
