Adam is a first class Helpdesk Administrator and it has been a pleasure working with him since he started with us at Dominion. Adam has progressed to now run the Helpdesk without supervision and also is now running many parts of the IT infrastructure. His technical knowledge is good and he is a very approachable guy.
