Media Intern and Writer
-
Jul 2022 - Present
Adam started with PewterReport.com in July 2022 as a Media Intern and has continued to grow in various roles as the NFL season progressed. As training camp progressed into preseason games, he was credentialed to be in the Press Box at Raymond James Stadium for the first game against the Miami Dolphins. Throughout July and August, Adam routinely attended Buccaneers Training Camp as a credentialed member of the PewterReport staff. He continued to frequent practice throughout the regular season. During practice, Adam was responsible for taking pictures and notes while also recording and live-tweeting press conferences of the head coach and various players. He also interviewed players himself one-on-one during open locker room sessions. Adam then transcribed these interviews, crafting them into feature articles on the PewterReport.com website. He has contributed weekly as a writer on the website, publishing stories through WordPress while optimizing SEO utilizing engaging pictures, tags, keywords, and titles. For the first half of the regular season, Adam was responsible for live-tweeting in-game action on the PewterReport Twitter account. In the second half, he was a regular guest on the PewterReportTV YouTube channel on numerous shows and podcasts. This has been an amazing experience and introduction to media and broadcasting. Adam has also managed the company's Tweetdeck to schedule content for PewterReport's 55,000+ followers when not posting videos and updates. Since beginning in July 2022, this figure has grown ~15%, while each post gains thousands of impressions and views. Adam will continue to enhance his role and experience over the offseason through draft coverage and by being featured on podcasts. He was one of the 1,000 media members to attend the 2023 Reese's Senior Bowl. This opportunity aided Adam in scouting players and interviewing many of the top prospects entering the NFL. Show less

Human Resources Expert
-
Oct 2021 - Feb 2023
Starting in January 2022, Adam became one of two Human Resource Experts at a Super Target of ~300 employees and ranking in the Top 20 of U.S. sales. Adam helped manage various aspects of payroll in his role in Human Resources. This extended to daily managing punch corrections, team member absences, adjusting the schedule, approving time off, among other tasks. He regularly looked over job applications, moved them forward, and called potential candidates with job offers. During team member orientations, he confirmed confidential employee documents. Throughout the month, he worked closely with his Executive Team Lead (ETL) of Human Resources on creating signs to display in the breakroom promoting resources team members can access, recognizing team member performance. Adam also printed out and organized the advertisement signage every weekend to put throughout the store. He also helped change out the money in over 30 registers a night after the store closes, and bringing it to the vault to be verified. When not actively working in these areas, Adam also assisted in picking guest orders in Fulfillment, pushing products from the backroom to the sales floor in General Merchandise, and handling returns at the Service Desk. Working in a high-traffic store, Adam also ran out thousands of orders to guests parked in Drive-Up. Show less
