  Currently working on the Our Lady of La Vang Vietnamese Catholic Church in San Jose, CA.Completed the Making Waves Academy Middle School & High School Expansion in Richmond, CA. The project consisted of (3) 2-story classroom buildings totaling over 155,000 SF, and a middle school gymnasium/classroom building that is roughly 28,000 SF. The site is 15 acres, and includes a sports field, sports courts, playground, hardscaping, landscaping and parking areas. Completed the core/shell upgrade at Uptown Station, a mid-rise office and retail building in Oakland, CA. Office space leased by Square with several retail spaces at grade.Completed the UC Berkeley Aquatic Center. The project consisted of a 50m competition swimming pool with a dive tower, 1M & 3M springboards, a spa, men's and women's locker rooms, and a multi-purpose building/team room. The aquatic center is a private facility for the UCB swimming, diving, and water polo programs.Completed the Crossing 900 project in downtown Redwood City. Two mid-rise towers consisting of 300,000 SF of brand new Class A office space (leased by Box.com). The towers included over 900 parking stalls in partially subterranean parking structure, along with retail space at grade.

  Completed the Arrillaga Family Sports Center Addition at Stanford University, which consisted of training room facilities, players and coaches locker rooms, hot/cold spa rooms, film rooms, conference rooms, and coaches offices for the football program. Completed the UC Berkeley Anna Head Student Housing complex consisting of a Sophomore Residence Hall and Upper Classmen Apartments.Completed a six-story, post-tension concrete parking structure consisting of 1,865 parking stalls along with 14 acres of high end hardscape/landscape for the Brocade Communications Corporate Campus. Completed a remodel of three student housing complexes at Stanford University.
