I did bench-marking on over 100 universities to research best practices in alumni weekends, graduate of the last decade giving programs, and recurring gift programs. I gathered mail and internet solicitation samples for and appeal exchange. I also updated the Wolf and Kettle Council website (http://www.luc.edu/wolf+kettle/) and helped prepare a presentation for the Case District V best practices in annual giving award. I gained a lot of valuable experience and knowledge learning from an annual giving director on how annual giving works and what it the job entails on a day to day basis. Show less
