Adam is a dependable, top-notch engineer who has the forward thinking mindset to know what is needed, and then go do it. There were multiple times we discussed things in passing, and by the time I followed up to talk details, he would say "Oh, you mean this? I already finished it, check it out..." And it was quality work. In addition, he would take the time to explain what mechanical things to me, teach me how processes work, and overall make the team more productive. He is a very motivated and skilled engineer, one who is not only enjoyable to work with, but inspiring as well.

Utilized intent based leadership to help guide and grow the teams expertise to hit deadlines and worked to keep the team focused throughout the company split from Warn Industries to Warn Automotive I have a in the trenches mentality with the team, where I have done a lot of the work they are doing, thus I understand the challenges they face I have gone through multiple programs/ projects/design conceptualization to a final product. This allows me to have an overall longer term understand of the required steps. One great example is the documentation of the engineering work known as Design analysis report. This has been a reporting system I started because of understand I have of how critical our engineering work is. I have completed facilitation coaching, Dale Carnegie, PSU executive classes for communication and innovation to help enable my ability to focus the team priority and help remove the gravel (little distractions) Show less

Increased cross functional team efficiency by pushing for a centralized office layout and lowering the cube walls to desk level. Developed VBA script decrease time wasted on development BOM work that was previously manual entry. Continue to support team's growth in product documentation, revision control, analytical/FEA skills and interpersonal communication between groups. Increase efficiency with product testing and reduce errors by working with the test lab to come up with a standardize request, test specification and test procedure layouts that is saved within a centralized database. Provide guidance to other engineers concerning GD&T and tolerance stack analysis including gear sizing. Designed components that utilize injection molded, die cast, rubber over mold, sonic welding, electronic integration and powdered metal processes. Show less

Lead product engineer throughout the entire UAV launch and recovery government contract. Analyzed UAV launcher and recovery systems using FEA and analytical equations. Provided technical sustaining field support for current and legacy UAV recovery systems. Mentored engineering interns in Solidworks, product design, stress analysis and basic milling skills. Provided mechanical engineering support, part/assembly documentation, and work instructions, with a focus on testing, structural analysis and product redesign for the UAV recovery system. Modeled and drafted manufacturing assembly and part drawings that meet ASME Y14.5, for UAV recovery systems. Tested and analyzed variables to determine root cause of field failures. Show less
