I have had the privileged of managing Adam directly and indirectly for a number of years when he was with Paradise Tomato Kitchens. He is an intelligent and resourceful person who enjoys growing his skills and working with others to achieve a goals. Adam did not have the quality experience I would normally look for in a food safety and quality professional, but his interpersonal skills, dedication, and work ethic convinced me to take a chance and I was so glad that I did! He learned quickly, asked great questions, and took ownership of the role making him a standout from his peers.
