Adam is the ultimate event professional who I had the opportunity to work with during the 2016 NBA All-Star Game Weekend in Toronto. With only a few days to review and understand the plans for bus transportation, I was particularly impressed by Adam’s ability and willingness to delve into the work at hand by identifying areas that needed attention, collaborating with team members, and coming up with solutions all within his first day. His highly effective communication skills, which came very naturally to him during the operational period, stood out to me and other senior managers – especially given that this was his first experience in transportation. He kept the entire team well informed, which contributed to great working relationships, a fantastic work environment and an ultimately positive experience for the client. Adam’s passion for events and the teams that make them happen is evident in the high quality work that he can be counted on to deliver. With the proven ability to work under intense pressure, in changing conditions and with multiple stakeholders, I highly recommend Adam and I would gladly welcome another opportunity to work with him again.

Access control system management for Rogers Place arena. As a core member of the Rogers Place security management team I worked closely with all internal & external stakeholders requiring access to ensure they had it when and where they needed it. Although this role was event based it also required around the clock correspondence with the 24hr venue control centre to ensure access was managed securely and accurately. Show less
