Please Note: Job Role started as Part-Time between 2011 & 2018 while studying. Became Full Time after leaving University in 2018. My role consists of document sorting of confidential documentation of various types such as HR files, Purchase & Supplier Invoices & company expenses. I then process & scan the documents to customer requirements & to the highest quality standard. Due to the volume of customer work I have worked both within a team & solo when conducting this part of the job. Alongside the scanning side of the job I also perform Data Entry for the documentation that has been scanned into the database. Each customer job has different requirements for the index that is required such as Invoice numbers or HR File's names & DOB. One of my other responsibilities is Email Processing. This role consists of sorting and processing a customer's emails & making sure their attachments such as Invoices get processed & uploaded to the correct online data portal. Show less
