I reported to chief Chief Data Officer and was responsible building a scalable decision model then finding, scraping, cleaning and integrating data to identify the best locations to deploy our fibre infrastructure, using a combination of Python, Postgres SQL, Tableau and PowerBI. Then lead the decision making process by creating and chairing the business wide committee to improve the speed, quality and governance of these decisions, ultimately accelerating the build process.
