It is a very varied position, where one minute i could be fixing a till, the next dealing with an irrate customer who might be upset or let down with our service, so i have to help rebuild their faith in our brand, so i am very much a problem solver in our store. We are a unique store as we are not a full line John Lewis store and larger than an at Home store which tend to be smaller, so we have what we call Dual roles, to fill the gaps that might be left in not having the staffing numbers. But its a great role to have as I'm always on the go, and a go to person if someone needs help in solving a problem.
