      Worked with a team on a Bayesian geostatistical model that maps the prevalence of Neglected Tropical Diseases. Developed a geometry lookup tool which utilized fuzzy string matching algorithms to quickly locate pertinent shapefiles in a massive database. Utilized this tool in a data recovery project at the World Health Organization is Switzerland to join non-spatial data to spatial geometry. The data, on mass drug administration programs, was a novel covariate used to inform our model. Participated in the systematic review of a Neglected Tropical Disease, a laborious effort wherein raw data is extracted from published studies.
