Adam has been a key member of my team at Madgex for the last 2 years. I have worked with many sales people during my career, and it’s rare to find the motivation and enthusiasm Adam shows for everything he does in his work. He takes the time to get to know each of his customer’s businesses in depth and he uses his initiative to develop strategies with his customers to grow their businesses. He is very focused on his work and the end result, and happy to come up with ideas himself to solve problems. He has the type of personality which allows him to instinctively develop strong relationships with customers and with his colleagues. It is very common for me to hear both customers and colleagues say good things about Adam and the way he works with them. He is also great fun to work with, and a key contributor to all team meetings and the atmosphere in the team here. It will be fun to watch Adam’s career develop as he takes on more responsibility
